Per Diem/Flex/PRN Float RN's $40/hour + Variable Shift incentive Flexibility in Day/Night and Number of hours worked GIG Highlights $40/hr Base Rate Variable Shift Incentives Minimum 1 shift in 90 days 4, 8, & 12 Hour Shifts Available Work When and Where You Want! Overview: The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. The Registered Nurse-GIG will float between the designated Mercy Hospital facilities in the below departments: Critical Care, Tele, Med/surg, Women Health, L&D, Behavioral Health, ER Facilities in the St Louis Region include: Mercy- St Louis Mercy Jefferson- Festus Mercy South- South St Louis County Mercy Washington- Washington, MO Mercy Lincoln- Troy, MO Departments that utilize GIG RNs Critical Care Tele Med/surg Women's Health Labor and Delivery/Mother-Baby Behavioral Health Emergency Department Qualifications: Licensure: Current Multistate Registered Nurse License. Experience: Minimum 1 years' RN hospital bedside experience specialty specific, must be within the last year. Certifications: BLS certified. One or more certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe. Preferred Education: BSN Preferred Experience: 2 years RN experience. We're bringing to life a healing ministry through compassionate care.
