Description:
Application Scientist You will be the primary scientific and technical interface for Namocell’s KOLs and customers. Responsibilities will include assay development, conducting system usage trainings for customers, providing experimental design, data analysis, and other tasks relating to customer success. You will be a key driver to rapid adoption and customer success with Namocell’s products. Responsibilities Communicate: • Serve as the primary scientific and technical liaison with KOLs and customers. • Keep customers apprised and trained on advancements in Namocell technology and solutions. • Coordinate and perform customer site trainings and demonstrations. • Identify, document and communicate customer feedback to management. • Drive and contribute to white papers, scientific documentation, and customer success content. • Develop assays and workflows. Connect: • Scientifically partner with KOLs and customers as they develop their research and therapeutics utilizing Namocell technology. • Engage in scientific discussions with KOLs and customers and cultivate successful long-term relationships with them. • Gather and deliver customer feedback, communicating customer use cases beyond initial product scope. Support: • Participate in trade shows, seminars and technical symposia. This will include presentations and networking with thought leaders. • Help users with issues relating to technical skills and experimental design, and answer questions relating to product usage. Desired Skills and Background • Ph.D. in Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Genetics, or Neuroscience. • At least 5 years of lab experience in cell biology, genomics or genetics, including solid experience in mammalian cell culture. • Hands-on proficiency with common molecular biology bench techniques and cell culture; cell sorting experience is a plus. • Broad knowledge of cell biology, genomics and antibody discovery. Single cell laboratory experience is a plus. • Self-motivated, go-getter and team player. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills.
