Job Summary The Senior Manager, XGIE Program Management, will be responsible for oversight and support of the Network Expansion program.The ideal candidate has strong program management experience with exceptional communication skills and is adept at managing, and meeting the needs, of a variety of stakeholders across the company. Additionally, this role has a heavy focus on reporting with the candidate being comfortable working with data, driving data collection, and delivering and evolving reporting deliverables that meet executive needs. Job Description Core Responsibilities Run program meetings with stakeholders across a variety of cross functional teams as needed. Provides leadership and management to the Program Management team. Possesses staffing accountability, including recruitment and retention, hiring & performance management, and leadership and professional development. Manage risks, actions, issues, and decision (RAID) across workstreams and deliver timely updates into broader program updates and Executive/Steer Co. meetings. Develops and maintains performance metrics to makes informed recommendations for strategic decision making. Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, and industry standards. Drive process to collect & update materials for recurring monthly reporting. Strong communication & organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail. Ability to operate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment. Strong background in data-oriented online tools & executive reporting dashboards Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
