Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Louisville, KY. This resource will track, maintain, and organize electronic equipment inventory. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of combined experience Experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems and desktop software Experience with Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting Proficient using Windows registry Experience with hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue Knowledge of Printers Office 365 Desktop imaging Strong customer service skills Ability to move at a quick pace and prioritize several concurrent issues Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
