SAP Solutions Lead (Order to Cash)

Description:
Role Summary: As an SAP Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the transformation of our business processes. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, challenges, and improvement opportunities within our existing SAP O2C processes.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Partner with business units to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for technology solutions.Process Analysis: Assess end-to-end business processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.Solution Development: Shape requirements into actionable solutions, collaborating with core technology teams.Liaison with Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact between IT and business functional stakeholders.Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to expert in O2C technology and related areas.Global Transformation: Contribute to our global business transformation program enabled by SAP Order to Cash and other solutions.Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates, ad hoc reports, and insights to management.Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, focusing on Manufacturing.User Engagement: Coordinate resources, handle direct communication with end users, and ensure effective solution adoption.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience (Master's degree) or 8 years of experience (Bachelor's degree) in implementing SAP O2C solutions or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Familiarity with SQL, data extraction techniques, and data reporting/analysis tools.Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to email their resume directly to acuadrado judge.com for an immediate response.
