Recently I have been cleared from a torn acl and meniscus to return to sport. Prior to my tear in May last year I was in the process of beginning my return to soccer from being out of shape and severely depressed and unmotivated. I was making great progress and re-sparked my love for the game again right before I had it taken away from me. Now that I am back I need to relearn and gain connections to compete again in this sport I so love. My work ethic is unmatched and my feel for the game is substantial. I may start out shakey because my leg hasn’t worked up to speed yet but I promise you if u take a chance and help me regain my competitive ability and help me gain my confidence then I’ll uphold my end of the deal more than you could expect. If it goes how I imagine then this could be the beginning of a really great comeback story that could be told around the world. When I play this game it’s the only thing I want to do and I feel as though I just need someone to help me regain confidence and present one opportunity to me for me to continue to succeed into professional soccer. My friends laugh at me but I genuinely believe it and the dedication I’ll put towards it will be unmatched. I just want to know if you’d bear with me in this process and get me up to speed and I’ll do my part in the background, give 2-3 years and I envision myself competing in meaningful soccer games and not just pickup leagues. I know what I’m capable of I just need one shot.
