Job Description - Dynamics Consultant (Functional Consultant) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Dynamics Consultant (Functional Consultant) to join our team. As a Dynamics Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation and support of Dynamics F&O (Finance and Operations) or AX (Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) solutions for our clients. Responsibilities : Lead and execute Dynamics F&O or AX implementation projects from start to finish. This includes: Business requirements analysis Creating and documenting project plans Configuring and customizing Dynamics F&O or AX Developing and executing test plans Providing training to end users Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) Managing data migration Providing post-go-live support Have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics F&O or AX functionality, including Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Japanese is preferred. Additional Information: Remote work is possible. Some travel may be required.
