This position will be responsible for: Being a first point of contact for the agencyHandling Inbound and outbound callsProviding exceptional customer service to internal and external customersAssisting in office organizationListening and resolving routine issuesResponding to basic billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentationsRunning Carrier ReportsProcessing Certificates of InsuranceFollow up with customers and carriers for various documentsOther duties assigned Requirements: Possess a genuine willingness to lean, be intuitive and resourcefulKnowledge of basic office equipmentMust maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitudeBe able to provide excellent customer serviceComputer LiterateMicrosoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, OutlookProficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-upExceptional communication skillsThis position has potential for growth.
