Description:

Responsibilities: Implement and configure the MARKIT EDM platform according to business requirements and best practices. Design and develop data models, workflows, and business rules within the MARKIT EDM system. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data management needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the MARKIT EDM platform. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, data quality monitoring, and system upgrades. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and EDM technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong experience with MARKIT EDM software, including implementation, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Solid understanding of data management principles, data modeling concepts, and ETL processes. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in MARKIT EDM or related technologies. Experience with financial data management and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices. Familiarity with cloud-based data management solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
