Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR equivalent experience. 2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios. 1+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams. 7+ years of consulting and architecture experience in an Enterprise Environment. Other Requirements The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance. Preferred Qualifications: o Experience selling consulting engagements which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.o Experience translating business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work.o Consulting skills and presenting complex development topics to both business executives and technical personnel.oExperience building technical relationships with senior executives and helping to build innovative cloud solutions in large or highly strategic accounts.o Experience driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication.o Experience facilitating customer design and awareness sessions that are focused on complex application solution architectures.o Experience articulating architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.* Experience with architectural understanding of and implementation experience with the Microsoft Security Adoption Framework (SAF), Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architectures, Zero Trust and the use of current and legacy cloud-based technology capabilities such as M365, Azure and other Modern Workplace Security solutions including but not limited to:oMicrosoft Extended Detection and Response (XDR) Suite such as Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Appso Microsoft Sentinel as part of a robust Microsoft Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) suiteo Microsoft Purviewo Microsoft Copilot (Security, M365 and GitHub)o M365 Security and Compliance Capabilitieso Hybrid Identity* Experience orchestrating and understand the interoperability of our Microsoft Security and Compliance workloads and other security capabilities within a customer ecosystem.* Experience moving between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of providing architectural oversight for delivery projects.* Experience with Creation/development of intellectual property that can be reused within the community.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, O365, Google, etc.).Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,500 - $205,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,000 - $222,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
