Job description: Plant Engineering ManagerHighly respected Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods market leader seeks an innovative and accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their key flagship facilities.Join their dynamic and forward-thinking team as Plant Engineering Manager and take your career to the next level! In this role, you'll lead and manage multi-million-dollar projects with budgets up to $30M. You'll be given a unique opportunity to bring forward your creative and innovative ideas and implement them in this highly visible plant. As will be part of the senior leadership team and report to the Plant Manager. You will mentor and manage one direct report and be responsible for project contractors and project teams.Don't miss this exciting opportunity to make your mark on a global leader in the industry.This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers fast-track career advancement.Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + generous 401k match+ strong benefits + relocationLocation: Conway, ARResponsibilities Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance. Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service. Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively. Resource multi-million dollar Capital Projects together with Corporate Engineering. Qualifications: Qualifications: Engineering Degree or related degree. 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering / manufacturing e.g., in Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical/petroleum/automotive/commercial construction. Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects. Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank Continuous Improvement experience required.
