Job Title Customer Service Specialist - Patient Support Team Job Description Customer Service Specialist - Patient Support Team Your role: As a Customer Service Specialist on the Patient Support Team, you will serve as the first point of contact for patient and customer inquiries primarily through inbound phone calls and emails and may also include white mail, chat, and social media ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will support patients in a high-volume call center by investigating and resolving inquiries and complaints and ensure compliance with quality documentation. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 2+ years of experience in a customer service and call center environment. Your skills include proficiency in using MS Windows, internet browsers (Edge, Chrome), Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams,) and can troubleshoot internet/Wi-Fi, VPN, and other technology independently. You have an Associate's degree or relevant training/background experience. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
