It's fitting that we are located at the pinnacle of Vermont!The Café and Retail Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior F&B/Retail Manager in the day to day operations of the Pantry, Beanery, Toy & Candy, and Creemee Hut at Spruce Peak. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or equivalent preferred * 3 years of Retail, restaurant, coffee shop or equivalent experience* One year of supervisory experience * Basic computer skills* Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays* Act in compliance with all company policies and procedures* Must be 18 years of age or older* Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate* Ability to stand/walk up to 6 -10 hours per day* Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30 lbs We welcome you: Unsure if you check every box, but feeling inspired to enhance your career?
