Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Program Director for our Unique Adolescent Therapeutic Day Program!The Life Skills Program is a highly structured and group-based supportive therapeutic program for adolescents, ages 12-18 years, who are experiencing significant emotional difficulties or a psychiatric diagnosis, and disruptions in their home, school, or community. The Program Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Life Skills Center, including staff management, supervision, budget management, assignment of cases, program duties, clinical responsibility, managing referrals, payer relations, overseeing service coordination and monitoring service statistics for required reports.
