ACML is actively seeking a Manager, Electrical Technical Services located in Toronto, ON whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for delivery of in-scope services and compliance with contract requirements; ensuring ACML exceeds expectations and commitments as specified by the contract Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor equipment servicing repairs, supervise and coordinate electrical and mechanical activities which include but are not limited to the development and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program, coordination of maintenance scheduling, troubleshoot maintenance issues. Direct and supervise related contracted services ensuring service provided is satisfactory and meets all requirements such as applicable regulations and standards. Included are mechanical, electrical, life safety, and other related building trades.
