Today, we're proud to operate four locations, including our newest addition on Main Road Goulds, which opened its doors in 2022. Our commitment to quality, service, and community remains as strong as ever. Salary: $25 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing Monitor inventory levels and track usage to prevent shortages and overstocking Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies Work closely with department managers to understand their purchasing needs and requirements Research new products and suppliers to enhance product offerings and improve cost-effectiveness Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information Qualifications: Previous experience in purchasing or procurement roles (preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of inventory management principles (an asset).
