Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager of Digital Learning Design to spearhead our efforts in leveraging cutting-edge technologies, compelling multimedia, and innovative gamification strategies tailored for learners of all ages. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming traditional educational content into dynamic, interactive experiences that captivate and educate patients, healthcare professionals, and Sequel employees. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Partner with Senior Manager, Digital Learning Experiences to understand user needs, and create videos, animations, and game-based learning, making complex concepts accessible and engaging. Integrate the application of gamification techniques within our learning materials to enhance motivation, engagement, and retention among learners. In partnership with the clinical education team, will select and implement software to create necessary digital learning assets. Drive the development process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring innovative ideas are realized and implemented effectively. Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure that animation and gamified content align with educational objectives, are grounded in solid instructional design principles, and conform with accessibility requirements. Develop and document digital learning design SOPs and work instructions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital learning development, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in animation, gamification, and multimedia content creation. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency in using a range of digital tools and software for animation, interactive design, video editing and 3D modeling. A solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and how they apply to digital environments. Demonstrated ability to bring innovative concepts through development, with a track record of successful project implementation. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
