Responsibilities: • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Great communication• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
