Our global team turns up each day with passion and commitment to do amazing things, always challenging our thinking to find ways to solve some of the world's most complex problems for a safer, healthier world.About the role:Duties to include Electronic Deliverable Data reports using EDDGE and Excel reporting platforms, along with Adobe. * Production of error free reports. * Organization of preparation and analytical data. * Tracking of workload due dates. * Interaction with lab staff and project managers regarding data and reporting requirements. * Production of error free reports. * Answering phone and greeting clients.ResponsibilitiesAbout you: * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Diligent work ethic and the ability to work independently. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details. * High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. * Proficient in computers, specifically Excel. * Attention to detail. * Desire to produce error free work. * Will to work overtime as needed.Required Qualifications: * High school diploma. * Some college level math classes and chemistry courses preferred.Physical Demands: * Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients. * Able to sit, and /or stand for 100% of an 8 hour day. * Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment. * Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.QualificationsWorking at ALS:Our people are our most valuable asset and drive our success at ALS.We are a diverse community of dedicated professionals united by our passion to make a difference in the world.
