HOME HEALTH AIDE BENEFITS: OnShift: early access to the money you've earned from hours you've already worked, before payday! Medical/Dental/Vision Shift Differentials ($0.50 - $1.25) Per Hour Referral Bonuses $300 & Sign-on Bonuses $500 Paid Training Starting @ $15 Per Hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOME HEATH AIDE: (Including but not limited to) Provides direct personal care to clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities to support them in reaching their maximum level of independence for daily living activities. HOME HEALTH AIDE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Must have valid driver's license Good oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to lift repetitively a minimum of 50 pounds; tasks may include lifting, repositioning, turning, bending, squatting, etc ABOUT US: Team OAC is full of people who are passionate and dedicated to serving clients and valuing each other.
