Key Responsibilities: Service Now Capability backssment: Examine and evaluate the existing IT infrastructure and business processes to determine the feasibility of integrating Service Now solutions. Boundary Definition: Identify and define the scope and limitations of Service Now within the organisational environment, including technical, operational, and business constraints. Commercial Analysis: Analyse the commercial implications of implementing Service Now, including licensing requirements, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment. Licensing Recommendations: Provide expert advice on the number and type of Service Now licenses needed, considering the organisation's size, needs, and budget. Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for onboarding Service Now, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to align Service Now solutions with business objectives and ensure buy-in across departments. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the feasibility study, including findings, recommendations, and action plans. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Now Architect, with a focus on feasibility studies and onboarding strategies. In-depth knowledge of Service Now's capabilities and limitations. Strong analytical skills for commercial and technical analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
