ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Team based in Tacoma, WA. Pay Range: $18.75 - $25/hour Schedule: Set 4-10 schedule with opportunity for OT and after hours on-call rotationAre you interested in being a part of a team that focuses on a culture of being professional, reliable, and positive? What you'll do as a Water Restoration Technician: Clean structures due to damage from water damage event Extract water from water affected structures Demolishing water affected materials Monitor equipment throughout drying process Restore Peace of Mind for our customers What ServiceMaster of Tacoma offers our Water Technicians: Training program to develop valuable career building skills. 3 weeks of paid time off annually which increases by 1 week for every 5 years of tenure. What we ask of Water Restoration Technicians: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets. Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals Must have valid drivers license and clean record.
