Job Overview:The Intellectual Property Transactional Associate Attorney will primarily focus on intellectual property (IP) licensing and transactional matters, including IP purchase/sale, IP licensing, IT, manufacturing, and distribution agreements. Strong academic performance and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Duties:Handle intellectual property (IP) licensing and transactional mattersDraft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing agreements, IT agreements, and distribution agreementsConduct due diligence for IP transactionsAdvise clients on IP-related legal issuesCollaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve business objectives Requirements:3+ years of experience in intellectual property (IP) licensing and transactional mattersExcellent academic performanceStrong interpersonal skillsAdmission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal agreementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex legal concepts effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skills Benefits:Competitive compensation packageFull benefits package Join one of the fastest growing law firms in the Southeast.
