Job Overview:The Transactional Commercial and Technology Associate Attorney will focus on vendor procurement and outsourcing matters, payment processing arrangements, financial service technology and operations agreements, financial back office activities, and corporate transactions. Privacy experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent academic performance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide practical advice. Duties:Handle vendor procurement and outsourcing mattersNegotiate payment processing arrangementsDraft and review financial service technology and operations agreementsAssist with financial back office activitiesParticipate in corporate transactionsProvide legal advice on privacy matters as neededConduct legal research and analysis Requirements:3-5 years of transactional experience preferredSignificant experience in vendor procurement and outsourcing matters, payment processing arrangements, financial service technology and operations agreements, financial back office activities, and/or corporate transactionsPrivacy experience is a plusExcellent academic performanceStrong interpersonal skills Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction Skills:Proficiency in transactional lawAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to provide practical legal adviceExcellent written and oral communication skills Benefits:Competitive compensation packageFull benefits package Join one of the fastest growing law firms in the Southeast.
