Job Overview:The Senior Private Equity MA Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing components of transactions independently and working effectively in teams. They should have specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions, exits, and equity compensation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a strong business sense, have stellar communication skills, and be able to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also expected.
