Benefits at Farris: - Rotating 4 day work week 5 day off stretch twice per month Excellent work life balance with more off days than your standard M-F schedule - Flat Rate pay up to $50 per hour Bonus's paid for production and sales 20% increase in pay on all warranty hours. If you make $40 per hour all warranty work will pay $48 per hour. - All training paid - Paid holidays and vacation - Healthcare and matching 401K - Employee discounts on parts, labor, and vehicle purchases Who Should Apply We are more focused on experience and ability than certifications and awards. ASE and MOPAR certifications are a plus, but we will pay to start and complete any training necessary as long as you demonstrate the desire for growth. We have room for diesel, electrical, transmission, and engine specialist as well as full-service line techs.
