Position Title: 🩺 Surgical Services Manager Location: 📍 Richmond, VA Shift: Full-time • No Weekends Job Summary: 🤝 Manage/supervise departmental staff through innovative management practices. 💼 Ensure optimal patient care and safety in Surgical Services. 💬 Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, customers, and stakeholders. 💰 Manage operational and capital budgets for fiscal responsibility. 📝 Maintain appropriate documentation and compile statistical information. 🌱 Act as a professional role model and pursue professional growth. Qualifications: 💉 2+ years of peri-operative nursing experience with demonstrated leadership. 🎓 BSN preferred. 💖 Current American Heart Association BLS certification and Virginia RN licensure required. 💼 Management experience in Peri-operative Nursing Practice required.
