We are in search of a skilled Service Plumber to become part of our reputable plumbing firm in Leesburg, FL. Our focus is on delivering exceptional plumbing solutions to both residential and commercial customers in Leesburg, Fruitland Park, The Villages, Lady Lake, Wildwood, and nearby areas. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of plumbing, able to troubleshoot and fix a variety of issues like clogged drains, dripping taps, and malfunctioning water heaters efficiently. Preference will be given to candidates who have a proven history of installing a diverse range of plumbing fixtures and systems. Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with plumbing inquiries and issues accurately and promptly.• Expertly install, repair, and replace various plumbing systems, components, and fixtures.• Ensure punctuality at service sites and adhere to company regulations consistently.• Demonstrate a strong comprehension of plumbing systems principles and functions.• Uphold company safety guidelines and follow industry best practices diligently.• Maintain open communication with office staff to stay updated on additional job requests. Qualifications:• Two years of plumbing experience or equivalent training• Valid driver's license• Ability to pass a drug test• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Ability to work on uneven surfaces• Ability to stand, bend, or walk for long periods of time• Possession of own tools helpful• Ability to work overtime Additionally, the ideal candidate also has: • Active listening skills, and the ability to understand each customer’s unique problems or concerns• Effective communication skills, ability to describe and explain repairs about to be performed along with the reasons for those repairs• Adaptability to a workday is subject to change with changes in customers’ needs• A dependable work ethic• The ability to solve problems professionally and logically• Attention to safety at all times on the job• The ability to adhere to industry best practices and all local codes• Experience with all standard, common piping materials, including PEX, PVC, copper, and cast iron• The desire to make a stable career within a successful company Compensation: $16 - $26 hourly About Company: Ross Plumbing, in business since 1983, is family-owned and family-operated with both residential and commercial divisions and strives to be the kind of thriving, prosperous company where a skilled plumber can advance his or her career through every level of the trade.
