Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs• Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders• Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals• Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met• Educate clients on personal insurance coverages and help guide clients to making the right decision for coverage and premium Qualifications: • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office• Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders• Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory Compensation: $40,000+ yearly About Company: Dees Insurance Group (DIG) is a fun and exciting fast-paced environment, spinning the boring insurance industry on its head.
