Responsibilities: • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction• Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty• Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile• Educate clients on personal insurance coverages and help guide clients to making the right decision for coverage and premium Qualifications: • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations• Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary• Must have have a 4-40 or 2-20 active Florida License Compensation: $65,000+ About Company: Dees Insurance Group (DIG) is a fun and exciting fast-paced environment, spinning the boring insurance industry on its head.
