We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. You may be required to undertake additional cleaning duties as needed. If this sounds like a great opportunity, apply now! Responsibilities: • Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher• Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas• Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed• Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment Qualifications: • Previous experience working in food service is preferred• Great physical health and stamina• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification Compensation: $13 hourly About Company: Newly refreshed with elegant style, Cherry Valley Hotel offers classic accommodations amidst a charming, pastoral location in the Ohio countryside.
