Provide guidance on methods, processes, and controls to ensure the highest quality standards across all operations. Lead regulatory compliance efforts, staying ahead of changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures. Foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization, promoting awareness and accountability at all levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and technologies related to quality assurance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance strategies in a service-oriented environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience working in regulated industries and familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements. Certification(s) in quality management preferred. Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) highly desirable.
