We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Manager in North Adams. As a Full-Time, Monday thru Friday Summer Camp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our summer camp program, ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, and providing a fun and engaging experience for all participants. Responsibilities Include: - Develop and implement a comprehensive summer camp program that meets the needs and interests of campers- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise camp staff- Create and maintain a safe and positive camp environment- Plan and organize camp activities, field trips, and special events- Manage camp budget and ensure efficient use of resources- Communicate regularly with parents, campers, and staff to provide updates and address any concerns- Maintain accurate records and reports related to camp operations- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety regulationsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in education, recreation, or related field- Previous experience working in a summer camp setting- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team- Excellent organizational and time management skills- CPR and First Aid certification preferredIf you are passionate about working with children, have a positive attitude, and are committed to creating a memorable summer camp experience, we encourage you to apply for the Summer Camp Manager position in North Adams.
