Summary Job description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. We look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher to our preschool community! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 ? 8 per Day Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Duties As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children. Requirements 1. Minimum of 45 hours of DCF (Department of Children and Families) training or willingness to complete training upon hiring. 2. Previous experience working as a lead teacher in a preschool setting. 3. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering children's growth. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Relevant educational qualifications in early childhood education or a related field.
