Job description Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through business development, account management, and sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and prospecting- Build and maintain strong and honest, relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals-Introducing customers to the service department personnel and working with service dept. to insure boats are ready for delivery as expected and on schedule.-Staying updated on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and other items, and how they benefit the customer, keeping up with technological changes in the products.- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process- Establish personal income goal that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising a strategy to meet those goals-Attending meeting and training offered by the dealership and manufacurer.Requirements:-High School Diploma-Pass Background check and drug test- Proven experience in sales of large ticketed items or account management. Preferably Boat Sales- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities- Excellent negotiation and communication skills- Knowledge of Boats and motor sales is preferred- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results- Must have a vast knowledge of Surf Boats and experience in operating Surf Boats.We offer competitive compensation packages, including commission, as well as benefits such as healthcare coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
