Location :Delphos OHCity :DelphosState :Ohio (US-OH)Country :United States (US)Requisition Number :34548Delphos Meal OperatorPosition Summary:Responsible for soybean processing operations at the Delphos, OH facility, such as shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of beans, and operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal. Excellent starting pay $24.95 per hour and benefits. Company paid uniforms, safety shoes, health and safety incentives, and great opportunities for training and advancement. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. This position works a 12-hour shift (2-2-3) schedule on third shift, 5pm-5am. Come join a team that puts safety first every day!Core Functions:Move rail cars following all safety proceduresOperate meal grinding equipmentLoad and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean mealLoad outbound oil trucksMonitor computers and make process adjustments as necessaryProcess paperwork per department proceduresCommunication process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisorsPerform cleaning within the department as directedClean silos and bowls in the preparation for harvestWork safety and assist coworkers as needed Perform other duties as assignedSkill/Experience Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in an industrial environment preferredAbility to follow policies and proceduresBasic computer and mechanical skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentWilling to work overtime and flexible hoursGood attendanceMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
