Responsibilities: --- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations --- Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions --- Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up --- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers --- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs --- Lead generate --- Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis --- Show homes --- Negotiate contracts --- Provide white-glove service Qualifications: --- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly --- Great phone presence with a closer mentality --- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken --- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented --- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities --- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car --- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills --- Strong negotiating skills --- Communicate effectively --- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team) About Company: The Dave Friedman Team is the #1 Real Estate Team in Charleston, SC.
