Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings Work with Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items) cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating, etc. Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.) Grinding Loading/unloading vehicles What's in it for you? Learn the entry level parts of a skilled trades job from people who are doing the job! Hands on! If you're working as a Youth Apprentice, you'd be working during school hours AND earning credit! If you like it, start working on a plan for a full-time role after graduation Earn while you learn! $16/hour What skills do you need? Be dependable and punctual Be organized Good communication and a positive attitude Follow directions Have strong math competency Have strong reading comprehension What about education and experience?
