Responsibilities: • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Lead generation• Database• Smart campaigns• Lead follow up• CRM mastery• Follow the team plan• Close listings• Sales talk Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • At plan commission opportunity• Sales experience• Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
