Practice Area: Family Law - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an experienced Domestic/Civil Litigation Lead Attorney to play a pivotal role in serving as a community ambassador, leading onsite operations, and spearheading the firm's Perfect Client Lifecycle development program. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in family or criminal law, a superior work ethic, and a strong desire to build a lifelong career in the legal profession.Duties:Serve as a community ambassador, representing the firm in the local community.Bill at least 20 hours per week (approximately 1040 hours/annually).Sell firm services to prospective clients for at least 5 hours per week.Manage client collection rate, ensuring it remains above 75% weekly.Collaborate with the in-house financial team to forecast client billings weekly.Lead onsite operations, including hiring, daily workflow management, and attorney development.Provide representation of clients in court and through legal proceedings.Lead and evolve the firm's Perfect Client Lifecycle development program.Requirements:Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (barred in other states is a plus).A wealth of experience in family or criminal law.Experience in litigating domestic and civil cases preferred.Superior work ethic with a desire to succeed and build a career in the legal profession.Knowledgeable in family law areas.Adept at drafting legal documents.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents.Court representation.Client management.Leadership and team management.Financial forecasting.Sales and client development.Job Location:King of Prussia, PABenefits:Full medical, dental, and vision healthcare plans, including an HSA option.100% employer-paid healthcare premiums for individual employees.401K retirement plan with employer match and Profit Sharing plan.2 weeks PTO and sick time, with the ability to roll over unused PTO.Flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week after 90 days.Perks include an onsite fitness center and restaurant, employee activity clubs, and more!
