Job Overview:Provide legal representation to clients in workers' compensation cases.Assist in all aspects of case management, including client communication and court appearances.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to workers' compensation claims. Requirements:Juris Doctorate or better from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law preferred.Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and procedures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Skills:Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and procedures.Legal research and writing proficiency.Communication and negotiation abilities.Case management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
