This opportunity is perfect for a full-time internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM) or geriatric trained nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities.Rounding target is 4 days per week, Thursday through Sunday.TeamHealth fully supports our clinician teams so that you can do what you do best, provide unmatched patient care. TeamHealth currently offers post-acute services to 212+ facilities in the state of Tennessee.We ask that you have an active Tennessee license/DEA.
