The candidate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in insurance-related matters, focusing on DO, EO, Cyber, EPLI, and other commercial insurance lines. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance laws, regulations, and precedent.Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and opinions, pertaining to insurance matters.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and legal solutions.Provide guidance to clients on risk management and compliance issues. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.3-6 years of legal practice experience, with a focus on insurance law.Specialization in insurance coverage, with exposure to DO, EO, Cyber, EPLI, and other commercial insurance lines.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing the insurance industry. Skills:Strong speaking, writing, and research abilities.Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.Outstanding internal and external client service skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal technology and research tools.
