Technical Corporate Recruiter Herndon VA – HQ Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a Technical Corporate Recruiter to support the entire recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to salary negotiations and final successful hires. This professional that would work on-site in our HQ office to support corporate Recruiting efforts in our Federal and civilian practice. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience with both Government and Commercial experience. The Responsibilities: This role would report to the Recruiting Manager(s) and Account Manager(s) Must have 3-5 years of Technical Recruiting experience Must be on-site in our Herndon Office (VA Offices) Must understand Urgency and Corporate recruiting for large Federal and commercial programs. Manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our accounts throughout each hiring cycle. Determine the scope and nature of our accounts’ recruitment needs and their candidate expectations to ensure we can reliably identify, source, and hire the right candidates for the role. Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment. Requirements: Superior time and task management abilities Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment The Differentiators: The candidate will be a highly organized, fast paced professional with a keen insight into recruiting and candidate experience management. Focus on Candidate experience and understanding of how to maintain an established brand.
