Key Accountabilities: Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentations to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project requirements, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors’ costs, to determine project expenses. Present cost estimates to project team and provide explanations when necessary Document information into Bid Recording Sheet, organize and participate in Post Bid Review. Willingness to learn Construct Connect and Plan Swift This position will support and work with the Director of Field Operations and Director of Sales in a variety of tasks to include accurate bidding of residential and commercial work along with assisting in daily operations or tasks as delegated by the Department Head Qualifications: Minimum of two years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience as project manager or project estimator. Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite In-field troubleshooting and independent decision-making for successful outcomes Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule for glass installation projects Collaborative approach for continued teamwork Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed Bachelor's degree in Project Manager, preferred Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
