THE POSITION The Resident Teacher (RT) position is connected to BridgeYou, which is Bridge Boston Charter School’s very own teacher development program. RTs have a carefully designed set of responsibilities that allow them to gradually assume lead teaching responsibilities throughout the year—working under the guidance of a Mentor Teacher.
