Job Overview Salary Range: $70K-$75K (Based on Experience) This opportunity will be a hybrid role working part-time in office (Dunwoody, GA) and part-time remote. You will support the billing team in analyzing and interpreting the billing data for complex and/or high-volume accounts. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them: Responsible for reconciling and analyzing KBS billing to customer portals, to ensure billing is timely, accurate and complete. Participate in onboarding of new customers, including establishing processes for billing new customers and training AR Lead and AR Specialist on these processes. Assist with ensuring customer payments received are applied accurately and completely. Spearhead communication with the customer to solve billing disputes and escalations. Work together with AR Lead to escalate, track, and resolve Unbilled AR timely. Proactively monitor AR Aging for assigned portal accounts and take ownership of ensuring timely collection. Assist multiple teams within shared services. Requirements for our AR Analyst: 5-7 years Accounts Receivable experience 2-3 years of experience in an Analyst role or similar analytical type role Leadership experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, and stakeholders within the company.
