A Happy Team: Tomlinson's is built by a fulfilled, competitively compensated team. Our starting wage is $15 per hour and team members are eligible for performance-based increases. This is not working at your average pet retail store and no one day on the job is the same. But… ….on a typical day, you will: Offer each of our four-legged customers a belly rub and treats (sorry, this is a requirement!) Get to know your local community: their names, their needs, and more Train on new products or information about pet nutrition Receive, stock, and rotate healthy pet products Help train and teach new staff. Work as a team with coworkers to achieve sales goals and milestones Make local deliveries to our customers using a company vehicle Do what’s best for our guests and their pets Each Team Member is a crucial part of his or her store and provides Tomlinson’s customers with top-notch service and solutions to their pets’ needs.
