You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members• Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business• Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Great at time management and organization • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field• Verbal and written communication skills are a must Compensation: 60000 - 80000 yearly About Company: The Nathan King Group is a fast-growing dynamic team serving the greater Fresno, CA Real Estate market.
