This position is onsite and you must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer Or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years. Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position.We are offering a $4K sign-on bonus for all new hires, increments... 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment.This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to the company policies and procedures.If you are looking to make an impact in a meaningful way, join us where we are raising the worlds expectations for how much good food can do! This facility operates five days a week and produces Pepperoni and more.You must be willing to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electro-mechanical equipment in a food processing environment. Must be willing to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals. Must be willing to standing, walking, bending, stretching, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds. Must be willing to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees. Requirements: The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals. Applicant must have strong communication skills. Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
